Introduction

Just like pigs in the blanket without all the work! Just like pigs in the blanket without all the work!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1lb ground chuck
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 cup Minute Rice, uncooked
    2 cans Tomato Sauce
    1 1/2 cans water
    1 medium head of cabbage

Directions

In large skillet, saute ground beef and onion, drain fat and stir in uncooked rice. Remove from heat. Cut cabbage in small wedges and put in bottom of greased casserole dish. Pour ground beef and rice mixture over cabbage. Combine both cans of tomato sauce with water, mix well and pour over top of ground beef mixture, making sure to pour along all edges. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
