Introduction

Ingredients

    A little less than one pound ground beef
    One can of sliced beets, chopped
    One can of sweet corn
    One can of black beans, rinsed and drained
    Two cans dice tomatoes
    2 green bell peppers, chopped

    2 tbsp ground flax for a little extra fiber

Directions

Dump all the veggies in one pot over low while you brown the beef in a separate pan. Add the beef and bring to boil. Simmer until it reaches the perfect consistency. Season to taste.
