Ingredients

    College Inn 99% fat free chicken broth 4c
    5 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
    10 med baby carrots (blended if desired)
    1 small onion (blended if desired)
    Benefiber or Fiber sure 3tbs
    .5c of milk 2% (of fat free)
    2/3c of potato buds any flavor

Directions

Puor broth in a large sauce pan, add cubed potatoes, and blended carrots and onion. Cook for 20-30 min. Add benefiber, milk and potato buds to thicken.
