Introduction

This is a recipe that I came up with myself. I always made it by the add and dump method, never measuring anything. When we did a cookbook for the parent's 50th anniversary, my sister insisted that I make it and measure everything so I could put it in the cookbook. She absolutely loves it.

Ingredients

    2 lbs. Ground Beef, extra lean
    1 C. Onion, chopped
    1 C. Green Peppers, chopped
    1.5 C. Open Pit Bar-B-Que sauce, original
    1 C. Ketchup
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp. Sugar

Directions

Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper. Add Bar-B-Que, Ketchup, Worcestershire and sugar.

Cook until thickened and serve with bread or buns.
