Ingredients

230gr of flour
115gr of margarine
75ml of water
2 zucchinis (thinly sliced)
3 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
Soybean oil to sauté the zucchinis
2 egg yolks
150ml of light double cream
Salt and black pepper to taste
Parsley to taste
Directions
In a food processor mix the flour and the margarine, until it resembles breadcrumbs. Add the water slowly to form a dough. Wrap it and cool it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
When its cool, roll it open, place it in a baking tin and bake it for 15 minutes at 200 ºC.
Meanwhile, sauté the zucchinis in the olive oil until lightly brown. In a separate bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients.
Remove the pastry from the oven and lay the zucchinis in it, forming layers. Pour the mix of the other ingredients on top and bake again for 30 minutes.
