2 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp table salt
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1 cup fat-free skim milk
2 large eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients making sure they are fully mixed. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together, mixing well, and pour batter into a 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with Pam or the like. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown. Test center by inserting a knife and if it comes out clean, the Baked Oatmeal is done.
-Mine are done in 30, but it could just be my crazy oven.
