Ingredients

    Pork, fresh, loin, center loin, 20 oz., cut up
    Canola Oil, 3 tbsp
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    Onions, raw, 1 small sliced
    Chicken Broth, .5 cup
    Sesame Oil, 1 tsp

Directions

Stir fry pork with onions. Add broth and veggies. Steam covered for 10 minutes. Add sesame oil and cook 1 or 2 more minutes. Serves 3

    Haven't tried it yet, but I might. I will replace pork with chicken. I think the fat grams are off. - 1/18/09

    I didn't notice that, but you're probably right. Ibuy whatever pork is inexpensive for this dish. And I've done it with chicken and it'sgood that way too. Enjoy
