Ingredients

    Celery seed, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Onions dried .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Fat free half and half, .5 cup (remove)
    Tuna,chunky Canned in Water, 1 can (remove)
    Darielle Pasta, Low Carb Pasta, Mezze Penne, 3/4 cup, 5.25 serving (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.1 cup (remove)
    *Cheese, Swiss, Reduced Fat, Alpine Lace, .5 oz (remove)
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 oz (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 oz (remove)
    Bread, reduced-calorie, wheat, 4 oz (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)
    Mushrooms, cooked, .5 cup pieces (remove)
    Move Over Butter, 2 serving (remove)
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

Cook pasta to your liking
remove tuna water from tuna reseve tuna water

in med sause pan add butter onion celery seed dill seed parsley and dried onion cook until butter spred is melted and u can smell the aroma of the hurbs and spices then add 2 table spoons flower one at a time wisking to combine until smooth cook for about 2 min make sure you don't over cook or it will burnt flavor
then add reseverd tuna water milk half and half as u consitly wisk
making sure there are no lumps cook 5 min add cheeses wisking until thickend about 3 min
if to thick add some water about 1/4 cup at a a time
if to thin add a of paste of water and flour it should have the consistancey for a pancake batter cook util it thicken
then add poweders pepper and salt add peese and mushroom mix
then fold in tuna try to over mix
add to a gressed 6x9 backing dish sprinkle bread crums over the tool cook for 15 min in 350*F preheted oven then under the broil about 5 minjust until the bread crumbs are golden brown
