Ingredients

2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp baking Powder
1/2 tsp baking Soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup Splenda
2 eggs
1 1/4 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup peeled, cored and chopped apples
Topping:
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1 TB all purpose flour
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 TB butter
Directions
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.
Grease a 12 cup muffin pan
In a medium bowl mix dry ingredients
in a large bowl, beat together butter, sugar and eggs until smooth.
Mix in vanilla.
Stir in apples.
Gradually add in the dry mixture.
Spoon into muffin cups.
In a small bowl mix brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in the butter mix until looks like coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle over the top of muffins
Bake 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and enjoy
