Introduction

The ultimate in rich, decadent, delishishness!
(I added them to my recipes to remind myself of the nutritional info--it's scary--makes the black bean brownies on here seem like a good option.)

Ingredients

    brownies:
    1 c margarine, melted
    ⅔ c cocoa
    2 c sugar
    4 eggs
    ½ t salt
    2 t vanilla
    1 c flour

    frosting:
    ½ c margarine, melted
    6 T cocoa
    3 T milk
    1 t vanilla
    2 c powdered sugar

Directions

Dissolve cocoa into melted margarine. Add remaining ingredients in order listed. Spread in greased 9 x 13” pan. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350°. Cool completely, then frost.
(Note: When I make these, I add 1t baking powder to give them just a small amount of lift. Sandy insists it shouldn't be done, but I think they are even better that way.)

For frosting, dissolve cocoa into melted margarine. Stir in milk and vanilla. Add in powdered sugar, beating well.
