Introduction

Ingredients
4 green onions
4 garlic cloves
2 red bell peppers (small or 1 medium)
1 cup chopped cabbage
2 big carrots sliced in sticks
1 1/2 cup diced french beans
2 big zucchinis
Seasoning to taste:
broth
7 spices
soy sauce
garlic in powder
grated ginger root
Directions
Slice the green onions' whites and the cabbage, dice the garlic cloves and the peppers, reserve.
Cut the carrots in small half-long sticks, not too thick. Dice the french beans and zucchini in small squares, same with the green onion left.
Heat up a big pan in medium fire with 3 tbsp of oil, add first the reserved veggies, stir for 3 mns; start adding the spices meanwhile.
Add the carrots and french beans, then the zucchini and soy sprouts after 2 mns, adjust the taste with seasoning.
When the veggies are cooked but still crunchy, add the greens of green onion, shut off the fire and mix.
