Introduction

Comfort food that's perfect for leftover turkey! Comfort food that's perfect for leftover turkey!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

2.5 Cups chopped, cooked turkey skin removed
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup, Reduced Fat
    Noodles- 1 3/4 C flour, 2 eggs, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp salt
    3 Tbsp butter

Directions

Boil turkey in water, season to taste (I usually use a little onion or garlic powder, dash of salt and dash of pepper). In seperate container combine noodle ingrediants until a single ball forms. Roll out the ball. Cut into desired length. We roll ours thin and use a pizza cutter to make quarter inch by two inch pieces. They puff when you cook 'em. Drop noodles into boiling water. If you have too much water, drain some off. Noodles will float to the top when they are done. Leave a slight amount of water in the pan, like 1-2 cups. Mix in some extra flour, like 1/4 C max. Add in butter. Mix well. Add the two cans of mushroom soup. Mix well. Let sit a few minutes. Enjoy!
Note- you can easily make this recipe more healthy by not adding the butter or flour, I only use them when my mixture is a little on the runny side.
