Ingredients

    12 oz cooked diced turkey
    2 c broccoli cooked
    4 oz dreamfield spaghetti
    2 Tb dry roasted peanuts chopped
    1 Tb canola oil
    3 Tb fish sauce
    3 Tb lime juice
    1/2 tp crushed hot pepper to taste
    1/2 tp pepper
    1/4 tp salt
    1 tp minced garlic
    1 tp ground coriander
    1/4 c minced basil

Directions

Combine turkey, broccoli and noodles. Combine all other ingredients except peanuts to make a dressing. Pour over salad and mix well, top with chopped peanuts.
