Ingredients

    2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
    1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 T. diced onion
    1/4 T. seasoning salt
    3/4 cup chopped peanuts

Directions

Mix together the cream cheese, pineapple, onion, and seasoning salt.
Form into a ball and roll in chopped nuts.
Chill and serve with crackers or celery.

*Original recipe called for pecans.
