    2 cans corn; drained, 1 med cucumber; peeled and halved lengthwise and sliced, 1-2 med tomatoes; cut in chunks
    2-4 tbs lite salad dressing, salt and pepper to taste

    I make this but use shoe-peg corn, and lite ranch dressing. Sometimes add in bacon. Great with bar-b-que! - 5/12/08
