Ingredients

2 cups chopped/diced turkey (we used white meat)
32 oz. Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
2 cups white rice
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tbls. black pepper
spices - season to taste
Directions
Chop turkey, celery, carrots and onions. Add to 5 qt. stock pot. Add rice and chicken broth, pepper and cerlery seed. Season to taste. Bring to a boil and simmer approximately 1 hour, or until vegetables are done. Also great in the crock pot. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
