Great way to use left over turkey! Great way to use left over turkey!
Number of Servings: 1


    * Tortilla Chips, 1 oz (remove)
    * Turkey breast meat, 2 ounce(s) (remove)
    * *Wegmans Colby Jack Cheese, 1 oz (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)
    * Salsa, .25 cup (remove)
    * Sour Cream, 1 tbsp (remove)


Shred turkey. Season, if desired. Spread chips on cookie sheet. Sprinkle turkey and onions on top. Sprinkle cheese. Bake for about 10 minutes in 400 degree oven. When finished, add salsa and sour cream, if desired. Serves 1.
