Ingredients

    1 Large Apple
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Makes 2 servings

Peel, Core and wedge apple (I do 6 wedges)
Add apple wedges to smallish oven safe bowl
Add honey and cinnamon
Stir to coat apple
Bake at 430 for 15 minutes
Stir to coat apple
Bake for 10 more minutes.
Enjoy
