Introduction

This is a simple and yummy dish that I threw together one night out of the ingredients I had on hand. This is a simple and yummy dish that I threw together one night out of the ingredients I had on hand.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 oz penne pasta
    3 tbsp olive oil
    12 oz. frozen shrimp (can use fresh, but then use 16 oz.)
    1-1/2cups frozen green beans (can use fresh)
    1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes (packed in oil)
    1 tbsp red pepper flakes
    2 tsp fresh minced garlic (can use 1 tsp garlic powder)
    1/2 cup white wine


Directions

Begin cooking pasta according to instructions.

In skillet, heat olive oil
Add shrimp, green beans, sun dried tomatoes, red pepper flakes and garlic. Cook until nearly heated through. Add 1/2 cup white wine to shrimp mixture and continue to cook until wine is reduced by half and mixture is heated completely through.

Serve on top of pasta.

Serves 3-4
