    Incredible!
I just make a giant bowl to serve the family. (@10-12 servings) Full box of bowtie pasta, shred a large carrot. Add feta cheese, fresh tomatoes, 2-3 cups of fresh spinach and 1/2-1 whole either red or sweet onion. My family decided they wanted some meat w/ it so salami was the add-in. - 10/18/13
