Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes split
    1 avocado cubed
    1 Tbsp onion
    1 cup peeled diced cucumber
    1/2 can of tuna drained (in water)
    1Tbsp Balsamic vinegar (or your favorite type)
    1tsp olive oil
    1/2 cup diced green peppers (orange , yellow and red are also good)

Directions

dice all veggies and throw into large chilled bowl. flake up tuna and mix into veggies. pour vinager and oil over veggie tuna mix and toss. Salt and pepper to taste.
