Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Unsweetened applesauce
    2 Cup Shedded Zucchini
    1 1/2 Cups sugar
    2 tsp Vanilla extract
    2 Cups flour
    1/2 Cup cocoa Powder
    1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
    1 Tsp salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 x13 inch baking pan.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the applesauce, sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla until well blended. Combine the flour, 1/2 C cocoa, baking soda and salt; stir into the sugar mixture. Fold in the zucchini. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.

3. Bake for 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven, until brownies spring back when gently touched.

    Hi, I think these should be called Fat-Free Zucchini Brownies. (There's 1 1/2 cups of sugar in the recipe.) - 12/13/08

    It's suppose to be splenda, not sugar..... OOOOPs!!!
