Cupcake:
1 can solid pumpkin
1 spice cake mix
1 water
Icing:
1 8oz package cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 stick butter
2 tsp vainilla
Directions
Stir all ingredients for the cupcakes together until combined and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
For the icing, let butter and cream cheese come to room temperature. Mix them together until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla. Ice the cooled cupcakes.
