Ingredients

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 sticks softened butter, unsalted
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1 egg white
half bag of Nestle White Chocolate Morsels
half bag of Nestle Milk Chocolate Morsels
Directions
I made 39 cookies with this recipe. 1 cookie per serving
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In small mixing bowl add flours, cinnamon, salt and baking soda and mix with whisk before setting aside.
Mix butter until creamy in electric mixer
Add vanilla extract and sugars
Beat until creamy
Add egg and beat in, followed by egg white.
Beat in applesauce
Add dry mixture and stir in by hand with spatula until you can't see any streaks of flour
Pour in chocolate morsels and stir by hand
Use small spoon to place batter on ungreased cookie pan
Cook 10-13 until edges are brown
