Introduction

Ingredients

    1 package Lasagna Noodles, precooked
    1 pound Pork Sausage, browned
    1 jar Prego Spaghetti Sauce
    1 cup Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
    12 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    2 Tbsp Thyme
    2 Tbsp Basil
    2 Tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Add the meat and 2/3 of the sauce, and spices together in a bowl. Set aside 1/2 cup of Mozzarella. Put a small layer of sauce on the bottom of the baking dish so pasta won't stick. Lay a layer of noodles down in pan. Then add a layer of sauce/meat mixture. spread a thin layer of ricotta over the sauce/meat, sprinkle with small amount of mozzarella. Repeat layers 2-3 times, making the top of final layer extra cheesey by sprinkling the final 1/2 cup of cheese on top.

Cover pan with Aluminum Foil.

Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Remove foil for last ten minutes to brown cheese slightly.

Makes 10 1-cup servings..
