Introduction

Use low sodium ingredients (canned) and fat free chicken broth Use low sodium ingredients (canned) and fat free chicken broth

Ingredients

    1 15-16 oz jar salsa
    2 cans fat free/low sodium chicken broth
    2 cans corn
    2 cans black beans
    1 cup chopped celery
    canned chicken - optional- 10 oz
    1 cup grated cheese (your choice) to sprinkle
    on top of each serving, to taste
    slightly crushed pieces of tortilla chips, to taste

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in large pot and heat to simmer for about 10 min. Serve in bowl and top with grated cheese and broken chips.
Soup is hearty and healthy, and cheap. Adjust low sodium/low fat ingredients to taste (lower is better!)
