Introduction

Ingredients

    1 ib lean ground beef
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    envelope of dried spaghetti sauce mix
    8oz tomato sauce
    6 oz shredded mozzarella or jack cheese
    1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
    1/3 cup parmesan
    8 oz reduced-fat crescent rolls

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in sauce mix and tomato sauce until bubbling. Combine sour cream and mozzarella. Put meat in a greased 9x13 pan. Spoon cheese mixture over meat. Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles and place on top. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake for 18-25 minutes or until golden brown.
