Ingredients

    olive oil, onion, crushed tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, cannelli/great northern/butter beans, vegetable stock, salt, pepepr, pesto, italian spices

Directions

1.Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add onion and brown/soften about 5 minutes
2. Add all ingredients EXCEPT PESTO into slow cooker.
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours
4. Just before serving, stir in pesto and adjust seasonings.
