Introduction

This is a nice side dish or can be combined with chicken breast, ground turkey or ground beef. We put alittle italian dressing on this for a nice taste. Ingredients

    2 c cooked brown rice
    2 c frozen peas & carrots
    1 c frozen green beans
    1 19 oz can white kidney beans

Directions

Cook brown rice according to package. Cook vegetables according to directions or I steam them for about 10-15 minutes. Cook kidney beans then drain and rinse with hot water. Combine all. Makes 6 generous servings.
