Ingredients

    1 C refried beans
    16 Tbsp non-fat sour cream
    1C canned , diced tomatoes
    16 jumbo black olives, thinly sliced
    1 C salsa
    1 C cheddar cheese, grated or shredded
    1C lean ground beef, browned and fat drained
    (Optional)

Directions

Prepare refried beans and ground beef. Layer an 8x8 dish with ingredients beginning with refried beans, ground beef (optional), sour cream, salsa, olives, cheddar cheese. Heat in the oven for 5 minutes at low just until the cheese has melted. Serve with tortillas.
