Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 medium onion
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic
    2 tbsp chili garlic sauce (very spicy)
    Chili powder to taste
    1 1/2 cups stewed tomatoes
    2 cups chopped turkey (I used leftovers)
    2 cups water
    1 can red kidney beans (540 ml/19 oz.)
    1 can black beans (540 ml/19 oz.)

Directions

Add olive oil, onion, green pepper, garlic, chili garlic sauce, chili powder and turkey to large pot and cook until onions and green pepper soft. Add turkey and brown. Add kidney and black beans and water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer for 1/2 hour - 1 hour. Makes 6 servings (approx. 1 cup each).
