Ingredients

    3/4 cup sugar
    3/4 cup splenda
    1 1/2 cup firmly packed splenda brown sugar blend
    2 cup shortening
    3 eggs
    3/4 cup egg beaters
    2 tsp vanilla
    5 cups all-purpose flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    2 cup coconut
    1 cup rolled oats
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    24 oz. white chocolate baking bars, cut into ¼ to ½ inch chunks

Directions

Heat oven to 350F. In large bowl, combine sugar, splenda, brown sugar and shortening; beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs/egg beaters 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla; blend well. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake at 350F for 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.

Makes 10 dozen cookies.
