Introduction
I came up with this recipe after reviewing many recipes with similar ingredients. I believe the important thing is customizing recipes to suit your family's taste. My husband loved this recipe! I cook the chicken in the slow cooker all night then shred it the next day (the slow cooking makes it easier to shred). The picture does not do this dish justice. Ingredients

16 oz chicken, shredded and cooked
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 can (14.5 oz) Hunt's Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 can (16 oz) Bushes Navy Beans, rinsed
1 can (16 oz) Bushes Cannellini Beans (white kidney beans), rinsed
1.5 cups Swanson's 99% fat free
1 pkg McCormick's White Chicken Chili seasoning mix
4 tbsp salsa, Jack's Gourmet med-hot
Directions
Warm dutch oven on med hi heat and saute onion and garlic until onion is slightly tender. Add shredded chicken, seasoning package and chicken broth to pot. Mix well and cook for approx 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and continue to cook on low for the next 30 minutes, stirring occasionnally. May garnish with cheese, sour cream or whatever you like (garnishes are not included with nutritional info).
