Introduction

These are great meals to eat and add some sort of noodles or brown rice on the side with. Lots of great flavors!! These are great meals to eat and add some sort of noodles or brown rice on the side with. Lots of great flavors!!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds Flank Steak
    Coarse Salt and Pepper to taste
    3 Scallions (3 cut into thirds)
    1/4 cup fresh lime juice
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    1 garlic clove, minced
    8 leaves of lettuce (I use Boston Lettuce but you can use whatever)
    1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and sliced into strips
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

Heat broiler with rack 4 inches from heat. Place steak on a large rimmed baking sheet; season with salt and pepper. Broil until medium rare,(around 10-12 minutes) turning half way through cooking time. Let rest for 10 minutes. Thinly slice against the grain. While steak rest, combine lime juice, cilantro, garlic, and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Season with some salt and pepper to taste. Fill lettuce wraps with beef, mango, and scallion and drizzle with sauce. Serve.
