Introduction

Tart chewy chips, the only way I get my daughter to eat Bananas Tart chewy chips, the only way I get my daughter to eat Bananas
Number of Servings: 17

Ingredients

    17 overripe bananas
    .25 cup of lemon juice

Directions

Peel and cut the bananas into 1/4 inch thick slices, put into lemon juice for about 15 seconds.
Put single layer of slices on dehydrator racks and turn on high (154F) for about 24 to 32 hours.

Peel chips off and let cool, they should get hard. Enjoy

    does it really take 24-32 hours --- I usually do mine for 12-14 hours ?? would love to hear back - 2/24/14
