Introduction

A nice light dinner that is fast and easy. The shrimp I use is already pre-cooked, so keep that in mind, if you are using uncooked shrimp. A nice light dinner that is fast and easy. The shrimp I use is already pre-cooked, so keep that in mind, if you are using uncooked shrimp.

Ingredients

    4 oz Peeled medium shrimp
    1 green bell pepper
2 garlic cloves minced (or 1 tsp garlic salt)
    Extra light olive oil

Directions

Heat skillet on low with 2 tbsp extra light olive oil. Cut green peppers into small strips and add to skillet. Once peppers seem to be getting soft, add unfrozen shrimp to skillet. You will notice the shrimp will shrink as it is warmed. Once pepper is soft add garlic and mix well. Serve hot!
