Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 ripe banana
    2 tablespoons canola oil
    1/3 cup splenda, measures like sugar
    1/4 cup raw oats
    1/2 cup all purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
    3 teaspoons Slenda, measures like sugar


Directions

Mix egg, banana, 1/3 cup slenda and oil. Add oats, flour, baking powder and salt. Spray 10 muffin cups with spray oil; divide the mixture into 10 muffins.
In a small bowl, combine the 3 teaspoons of splenda and the cinnamon. Sprinkle the cinnamon splenda mixture on top of each muffin. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
