A low-fat egg bake for brunch. A low-fat egg bake for brunch.
Number of Servings: 15


    16 oz. egg substitute
    1 C Kraft Free Cheese
    1 C Kraft 2% Cheese
    12 oz. pkg. turkey breakfast sausage, cooked
    1 C Evaporated milk (can use skim)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 = 30 oz. pkg. frozen hash brown potatos
    1 tsp. black pepper


Combine all ingredients. Place into greased 13" cake pan or casserole. Cover with foil Bake at 350˚ for 60-75 minutes.
