Introduction

Ingredients

    2 apples juiced
    2 cups raw oats, soaked prior and dehydrated
    1 cup sunflower seeds (or other nut/seed), soaked prior and dehydrated
    ½ cup dried fruit of choice (e.g. dates, apples, etc)
    ½ cup raisins
    ½ cup flax meal
    2 tablespoons sesame seeds
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    left over apple pulp

Directions

Juice apples and soak oats in juice until they are soft. Soak raisins and dried fruit until soft in water. Add apple pulp, dried fruits, flax meal and sesame seeds to oats that have soaked up apple juice and fold until well mixed. Add some soak water if needed. Place on a baking sheet w/ parchment paper and flatten and pack tight. Freeze till hard and able to cut. Cut to desired portion and dehydrate for about 5-7 hours at 100.

Makes 15-18 bars depending on how you cut them.
