Ingredients
-
6 individual Puff Pastry Shells, baked with the tops removed.
6 oz. neufchatel cheese, cut into 1 oz cubes
1 1/4 c cooked cranberries
6 T dried blueberries
12 walnut halves
Directions
This makes six individual servings.
The cooking time does not include the time to cook the puff pastry.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sprinkle 2 T dried blueberries in the bottom of each cup.
Place the cube of cheese in the cup.
Cover the cheese with 2 T of the cranberries.
Place two walnut halves on the top of the cranberries.
Replace the lids on the cups.
Cook in the oven for 10 minutes.
You just want the cheese to soften and the flavors to meld.
Another variant would be to omit the neufchatel and use bleu cheese instead.
