Introduction

This is a Men's health recipe that we thought we'd try and it was really good. This is a Men's health recipe that we thought we'd try and it was really good.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Peanut oil
    Crushed red pepper (1/2 teaspoon or to taste)
    Pork Loin
    Carrots
    Onions
    Zucchini
    Garlic
    Soy Sauce

Directions

Put the oil and crushed red pepper in a med high heat skillet. Add pork cut into strips.

Stir frequently and then add vegetables after about 3 minutes. Toss in Garlic and Soy sauce when the onions start to go a little translucent.

Serve over brown rice.

    Very Good
    This was tasty! The peanut oil really makes the recipe. I subbed peppers for the zucchini 'cause that's what I had on hand. I made 1/2 the batch with tofu for me and 1/2 with pork for hubby. We both enjoyed it! - 1/25/09
