Followed the recipe to the t except for didn’t have any flaxseeds and it was very dry and hard to mix so added a second egg and some milk and it was better - 7/17/18

We made two batches yesterday. We took out the honey and added in 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce and used 4 bananas first batch then 5 very ripe bananas the second. We saw without the applesauce it looked a bit dry, so we improvised. It came out moist and delicious! - 5/22/13
