Ingredients

    1 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp onion
    pinch parsley
    12 ounces lobster, crab or shrimp
    2 tbsp flour
    2 cups broth (chicken or seafood)
    1 cup half and half
    1 cup skim milk
    pepper
    cayenne
    salt
    1/2 white wine

Directions

Melt butter in sauce pan. Add onion, cook until golden. Add parsley, seafood, cook on low 5 mins. Add flour, cook 3 mins. Stir in broth, simmer partially covered 20 mins. Take off heat and add cream, cayenne and wine. Reheat on low, salt / pepper to taste. (white pepper if you have it is prettier, but black tastes just fine.)
