Introduction

I have this as either a snack, breakfast, or dessert. It fills me up and calms my sweet tooth...guilt free!!! I have this as either a snack, breakfast, or dessert. It fills me up and calms my sweet tooth...guilt free!!!

Ingredients

    1 Apple (I like Granny Smith)
    1/2 c. Seedless Grapes
    1/2 cup Non-fat Plain Yogurt
    Cinnamon to taste
    Splenda to taste

Directions

Mix the yogurt, cinnamon and Splenda in a bowl. Next, dice the apple into small pieces. Finally, toss the apple pieces and the grapes with the yogurt.
