Ingredients

    1/2 lb. ground turkey1 tsp. salt (or to taste)1/2 tsp. black pepper (or to taste)1/2 tsp. garlic powder (or to taste)6 corn tortillas3/4 c. shredded 2% cheddar cheese3/4 c. shredded lettuce1/2 c. diced tomatoes2 Tbsp. diced onion6 Tbsp. salsa

Directions

In skillet, cook turkey with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until cooked throughly. Dampen corn tortillas. Place corn tortillas on microwave safe plate separating each tortilla with a paper towel. Heat tortillas in microwave for 30 - 60 seconds (depending on microwave wattage). Fill each tortilla with 1/6 of cooked turkey, 2 Tbsp. lettuce, 2 tsp. cheese, 1 Tbsp. tomato, 1 tsp. onion, and 1 tbsp. salsa. Makes 6 tacos.

    It is OK but I think it will taste better with the salsa, but the recipe didn't tell how to make the salsa. - 1/3/09
