    1 container light and fit nonfat yogurt (peach)
    1/2 cup of strawberries, whole
    1 splenda packet

Directions

combine all ingredients and blend using a blender or hand-blender. enjoy right away!

    Very good and simple. I just used plain vanilla fat free yogurt which only adds 65 cals (for 1/2 cup). I'll try the peach next time. - 1/16/09
