    Lean Beef
    Lentils
    Diced Tomatoes
    Beef Broth
    Oregano
    Zucchini
    Onion

Directions

Chop veggies and garlic and place in crock pot with beef, canned diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, lentils, and oregano. Cook on low for 8 hours, high for 4-5 hours, or until beef is tender.

    Nice simple recipe, love using the crock pot since it's so easy just to throw everything in. Best part is the lentil/beef combo. I added mushrooms and some salt and pepper to it. Thanks for the recipe! - 7/14/09
