    1 cup cooked Brown rice
    4 1/4" slices ripe tomatoes cut into bite size pieces
    1 cup fresh spinach
    0.4 of a chicken breast, skin and bone removed, cut into bite sized pieces.
    1 clove of garlic
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 dash black pepper


In a warm frying pan put 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 clove of chopped garlic and bite size pieces of uncooked chicken breast. Cook until chicken is no longer pink (about 7 minutes) When chicken is done add bite size pieces of tomato and spinach to pan. Cook until spinach is wilted and tomato is warm (about 2 minutes) Season with black pepper and toss with cooked brown rice.
