Ingredients

    3 Chicken Breasts boneless skinless4oz Each
    1/2 Chopped onion
    1 Garlic Clove Chopped
    1 Small can slice black olives
    1 8oz Bag of shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
    1 can La Victoria Enchillada sauce
    6 10 Inch flour tortilla's


Directions

In a skillet sprayed with cooking spray add chicken breasts cook over medium heat aprroximately 10 minutes. When chicken is cooked through add onion and garlic saute until onion is softened add olives. Divide chicken mixture into 6 10 Inch flour tortilla's. Roll up like a burrito and put into a glass baking dish side by side, cover with enchillada sauce and sprinkle 1 oz of chees over each enchillada bake until cheese is melted.
