Introduction

Let me start by saying this is a loose recipe. I do not cook w/ recipes, I just make it up as I go. I have listed horseradish as in ingredient.. this is best made with tastefully simply's howlen horseradish which is not alway available so you can substitute fresh if needed. The secret to this is to let the oil/butter mixture heat slowly for 30 to 45 minutes do all the flavors have time to infuse the sauce... Let me start by saying this is a loose recipe. Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed
    Pasta, cooked, 16 oz
    Olive Oil, .75 cup
    Butter, salted, .5 cup (1 stick)
    Broccoli, fresh 3 to 4 crowns, rough cut into bite size flowets. (frozen 1 bag)
    *Horseradish, 1 tbsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    Garlic, 6 tsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup
    Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp

Directions

PLACE CHICKEN ON BAKING DISH, SEASON TO TASTE, I USE SEASON SALT, BLACK PEPPER, ONION POWDER, GARLIC POWDER AND PARSLEY.
BAKE IN 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 30 TO 45 MINUTES UNTIL COOKED THROUGH.
AS CHICKEN BAKES,
PUT OIL, BUTTER, HORSERADISH, GARLIC. LEMON AND ALL OTHER SEASONS IN LARGE PAN OR DUTCH OVEN. HEAT OVER VERY LOW HEAT STIRRING OCCATIONALLY FOR AS LONG AS CHICKEN IS COOKING. BUTTER WILL MELT AND FLAVORS MERGE
ALSO WHILE CHICKEN IS COOKING, COOK FRESH OR FROZON BROCOLLI DON'T OVER COOK IT SHOULD BE A LITTLE CRUNCHY. STRAIN AND SET ASIDE.
COOK 1 BOX OF PENNE (LINED WORKS BEST) DON'T OVER COOK LEAVE A LITTLE ALDONTE

ONCE CHICKEN AS COOKED THROUGH, CUT INTO LARGE BITE SIZE PIECES.
ADD CHICKEN AND BROCOLLI TO TO OIL MIXTURED AND TOSS.
ADD PASTA AND CHEESE AND TOSS AGAIN.
